Matt Mello- Matt has been kickboxing & boxing for over 18 years. He has trained under the likes of World Champion Kickboxer and martial artist Peter Manfredo Sr. and Champion Boxing Trainer Artie Artwell. Matt compiled an amateur kickboxing record of 10-1 as well as finishing first & runner up in the New England K.I.C.K. tournament as a Light Heavyweight in consecutive years. Throughout the years, he has spent hundreds of rounds in the ring as a sparring partner to many decorated fighters in both kickboxing and boxing. Matt is known for instilling relentless endurance, aggressiveness and creativity in his trainings.

Joanne Everett- Joanne has been Kickboxing with Christina for over 6 years and is a Level 7 Golden Glove Club Member. She has also been certified as a Yoga and Mother and Baby Fitness Instructor. Her classes are full of energy and always FUN!

Dawn Langan- Dawn brings her strong voice and infectious personality to class and will give you a great workout! Dawn has been a RKB member since late 2004. "I had just relocated to RI and was looking for something motivating to get me interested in fitness again – boy was I in for a surprise!! I was very new to the sport and the instructors were incredibly helpful and motivating. I stuck with it through all the times I thought I wasn’t going to make it and after tons of hard work I achieved my goal of becoming a Level 7 member. I’m very proud of this accomplishment and look forward to motivating others to do the same."

Diana Cortes- Diana brings her "New Girl from Hell" nickname to the lips of students. Diana's technique, loyalty and dedication has made her a great motivator and role model for others.

Robert Cardente- Rob has kickboxing experience since 1994 and trained and fought under Peter Manfredo Sr. and Mark Wisher. He also trained with WPKA MW World Champion Chris Baxter. He is a great trainer and brings some great reality street smarts to his classes. "Train like your life depends on it....

Karen Kinch- Karen Kinch brings over 7 years of dedicated Kickboxing and weight training experience to each of her classes. She is a Level 7 Golden Glove Club Member and loves to motivate everyone!

Rebecca Rongione (shown with her hubby Milton who is a great handy man at RKB)- Rebecca can light up a room with laughter. She has a Great Personality! Rebecca is an inspiration to all moms to be by showing them that you can stay strong during pregnancy by pacing yourself, listening to your body and balancing the cardio with weights. You better "Bring It" to Rebecca's classes because she doesn't
miss a trick!

Heather Pickering- If you look at Heather you may not think she is a fighter but she stepped in the ring a few months ago and is on her way to some serious matches! Heather is great with beginners and is there for all the students after class to help them perfect their techniques.

Julie Temlak- If you have never done a pull up before
then you better prepare before Julie gets a hold of you! You will do a few! Julie loves to motivate and push clients to the their limit! Her respect and admiration of the navy seals makes her hard core and her own work out ethic is awesome! She sets a great example for others!

"V"- If you want some extra help or need a little extra motivation then let "V" know because she is all about helping you feel good about yourself and achieving your goals! Don't let her quiet side stir you wrong though. She is tough and if you ever saw her spar then you know what I am talking about. Maybe the "V" is for Victory because with "V" on your side you will be Victorious!

Kate Pasquariello- Kate has finally accomplished her goal of Level 7 and brought her great enthusiasm to the students. Kate is alot of fun, makes you work hard and keeps you motivated!

Tina Morissette- Tina Morissette is a teacher all the way around. This girl can pack a punch and is great at explaining techniques. Tina is an expert art teacher and can not only throw a punch but throws pottery around pretty well too! She is a Level 7 - Golden Glove Club Member.

Donna Rivard- Donna is a seasoned trainer that went from spinning to kicking and learning how to fight! She brings passion to her classes and loves to teach! She wants to step in the ring soon and is working towards her goal of being a Level 7 Golden Glove Club Member at Rondeau's Kickboxing.

Ronda Robin-Ronda started off with Christina in the 90's at her karate school. Ronda has a great understanding of the art and brings her own passion for good health and fitness to her classes. She is a Level 7 member and loves to spend extra time helping members one on one when they need that extra bit of motivation. "Remember to Laugh and have a good time doing it!"

Sara Fealhaber- Sara is an Amateur Kickboxer and Instructor at Rondeau's Kickboxing. She has stepped in the ring as a fighter and brings years of experience to her classes. She is wonderful at teaching the technique and gives one hell of a class.

Sarah Rich- Sarah has been with RKB for 4 years. Sarah takes pride in the fact that there is no gym like RKB anywhere. She believes that RKB pushes you past your own limits!! She is not only a RKB Trainer but a 2nd grade teacher and an avid ROCK climber. RKB has helped mentally to take my climbing farther.

 

Lisa Lemire- Lisa is a Level 7 Member and RKB's Amateur Welter Weight Champion. She is an awesome fighter and is fearless when stepping in the ring. She brings her ring experience to classes and works with the students one on one to achieve goals and perfect technique. "What doesn't break us makes us Stronger!"

Erik Gardner- Starting karate at the age of eight and doing so off and on for the past 30 years, Erik brings the experience of fighting free style, point contact, weapons and forms training while holding rank in both East and West coast Kenpo styles along with Okinawan “weapons” kobudo, Japanese Jujutsu, Shuri-te and Shotokan. Erik teaches respect and discipline for others and most importantly, yourself. He brings together a variety of mix martial arts to build strength in core basics and self defense while teaching proper kickboxing form thought a rigorous workout.

 

Heidi Charpentier-Audet- Heidi knows what it is like to have to reach impossible goals. Having successfully completed her own weight-loss after an injury, she managed to lose 75lbs. and keep it off. A successful fitness instructor and trainer. She has helped hundreds of people over her 10 plus years of experience in fitness and nutrition. She will help you reach your goals and let you enjoy the journey getting there. "Change Your Mind, Change Your Life!"

Nicky D’abrosca (“torture queen of W.W”)- Personal Trainer and newly certified kickboxing instructor. Got certified as personal trainer in 2004 looking to make a career change. Diagnosed with Cancer in 2005; had surgery, went through chemotherapy, ended up with blood clot due to chemo, and spent the year recovery. She missed exercising so she made a promise to herself that once she recovered she was going to get healthy again and teach others to be healthy and take care of themselves. Nicky has lots of passion and excitement when teaching. Since 2007 she has been working as a personal trainer and instructor teaching indoor cycling and boot camp. Now she is looking forward to making Rondeau’s her future full time career. “There isn’t anything that can beat you, if you don’t let it.”

Trish Gardner- Trish has been a fitness freak since her teens. 5 years ago she became a Certified Personal trainer through AFFA. She trained out of commercial gyms and private homes to guide her clients to their goals but she needed a dedicated facility to progress her training. 2 years ago she began her journey into kickboxing. This May she completed her Kickboxing instructor certification under Christina Rondeau. Her energy and spirit has given us all inspiration through this journey. Rondeaus is her new home and plans to manage the next facility that opens. She also teaches a mean core / conditioning program which is a Pilates style strength training .Don't miss this class!!!
