work out. There is no kickboxing involved in this work out. If
you are looking for a way to lose weight, tone up and be motivated

Kickboxing Kids
kickboxing program is a kickboxing and fitness program for children
ages 7-14 yrs. old. This class is designed to offer the children
a disciplined but fun way to learn: Kicbkoxing, Boxing, Kenpo
Karate strikes, weight training, Stranger Danger, Life Skills and
much more.
Your child
will be well rounded and with each drill and exercise they will be
working important skills that will help them improve in any other
sport that they participate in. I can't stress enough how
important it is to have your child in this program! Child
Predators surround us and we will teach your child how to be safe,
fight back, communicate with you about their gut feelings and
much more!
Mother and Baby Fitness This class is designed with the new mom in mind. Bond
with your newborn as you work out and get back into that pre
birth figure. Easy to learn exercises, fun ways to work out with
your baby and infant stimulation is all part of the class
curriculum.
