Christina Rondeau was an honored guest on the show as a vital women in 2004. When the show aired it made a huge impact on the listeners and prompted alot of feedback. So many women were inspired and motivated to begin a workout and get back on a healthy schedule.

Donna Mac, Vital Women creator and host, honored the Vital Women that were on her show with an event called Vital Recharge.

ABOUT DONNA MAC

“I am one of the luckiest women in the world!” exclaims Donna Mac, host of Vital Women on Coast  93.3.  “Every week I get to explore the lives of women who create extraordinary paths for themselves.  And I’ve made some lasting friendships! We’re very fortunate to live in a time when women work so well together, don’t judge other women’s choices and wish the best for their counterparts.”

For Donna, New England has always been home.  She and her husband live in beautiful Rehoboth, MA.  “I believe I was destined to host a female oriented show because I come from a long line of women.  I not only have 2 daughters (no sons) but 2 sisters (no brothers) and 9 nieces (ONE LUCKY nephew)!
Donna has connected with many non-profit causes including the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association and the March of Dimes.  She helps to host many female oriented events like the Women’s Summit and the Women’s Wellness Workshop.  Donna’s currently organizing the Vital Women’s Recharge, a semi-annual event, created to rejuvenate and empower women while they network…and laugh a little too!
