First and foremost I would like
to thank Christina and all the other instructors for helping me
through my weight loss journey. I started working out at Roundeau’s
kickboxing in September 2007; I have lost 20 lbs and have gained a
tremendous amount of confidence. I feel leaner, stronger, lighter,
and most importantly healthier. The motivation we receive from
the instructors is incredible. This has been the only workout
routine I have been able to stay committed to, and believe it or not
it is fun. Yes, working out can be fun!

All I can say is... I can't
live without kickboxing!! I started Kickboxing in
Sept 07 and have lost a total of 40 pounds so far with
Kickboxing and Dieting. I have never been able to stay
committed to a gym, But with kickboxing I have
stayed committed. All I can say if you are thinking
of losing weight or building strength, Rondeau's Kickboxing is the
way to Go!!! Thank you so much Christina and all the trainers
for keeping me Motivating!!!
