March 2008 - Christina Rondeau's Kickboxing has
presented several Family Fitness and Safety Workouts in the
community during the month of March. The events were held
at an elementary school in Johnston, Woonsocket and
Providence, Rhode Island. Rondeau's Team of
Trainers talked about basic self defense and common sense tips
that could help kids and adults from becoming a victim.
Trainers helped everyone to learn new skills and they brought
along boxing gloves and target pads for all to
try. Participants walked away sweating after the trainers
worked them out and challenged them with a fitness kickboxing and
basic self defense workout.
Rondeau's Kickboxing held a raffle at each
event and one winner from each school was picked and the
following people won a 1 month membership to the
facility. Alex R., Amy C. and Jen S. all won a month
membership.
Water Bottles and Boxing glove keychainse were
also given away at the event! To have Rondeau's at your school
you can contact them via email at goddessboxer@cox.net.
