As a Personal Trainer
for 17 years now I have developed a fantastic philosophy. I
have seen clients come to me of all different shapes, sizes
and athletic abilities. Each person is completely different
from the next and with that I take my time to help develop the
whole person. Mind, body and spirit.
I will help you
develop more confidence in yourself and with this your self
esteem will increase, your body will become stronger and your
mind will be exercised with each mental challenge I give you.
Something that works for one person may not work for
another so I develop different programs and use different diet
tips and meal plans for each person. Boredom is another
factor that many people fall victim too, I make every routine
and each workout session different. Some things are repetitive
but depending on how they are presented each time will make
all the difference. I take personal training to the next level
and no matter what your interest is or ability may be I always
teach my clients about personal safety.
I keep my prices realistic
so that the average person can afford to have their own
personal trainer. Sure I could charge upto $100 for my
services, with my expertise, training, Professional Titles and
knowledge I am worth more than I charge. But that's what makes
me Real.
I work for you and I want you to be able to
better yourself and educate yourself about your body and
health. We have one life, one body and one chance to make
it fit and healthy. Be open minded and just like
anything else, if you dont' live in New England and
can't book a lesson with me, try a couple of trainers don't
just settle on one. If your not crazy about them call another
trainer til you find someone that listens to your needs and
cares about getting you in shape not their
wallet.
