your ready to get in shape and lose weight or tone up then this NEW
work out is for you!
This is
a 45 minute work-out that uses cardio equipment and Free
Weights !
Everyone works harder when someone is motivating them and this
work out will have you MOVING!
If you can't run/walk on the treadmill and you have bad knees
then you can still take this class and participate by using one of
the elliptical trainers or bikes. If your looking to get
in shape then take this class! If you haven't worked
out in a while then get back into shape with this class - we
don't intimidate - we motivate you!
Fast paced - non-stop action!
You won't be bored in this class!
We will Modify the work out for
you!
If you can't run - then
walk! If you have bad knees - use the elliptical! If you
have a weak lower back - we will put you on the
bike!
